• One Representative to be nominated from each division of B. A / B. Com Part I to III.
   

• 80% of seats are filled up on the basis of merit and proven ability in the field of Sports/Games etc.
   

• 20% of seats to be reserved for SC/ST students.

Associations

Secretaries for each association shall be nominated on the basis of merit, proven ability and inclination of the students in academic and cultural activities.

While nominating secretaries for the associations preference shall be given to B. A. Part III, B. Com Part III students.

The secretaries shall be nominated by the principal.

Class Representatives

The Principal of the college shall nominate the class representatives for the academic year. The criteria for the nomination shall be the highest percentage of marks scored in the previous Annual Examination.

In addition to these, students shall be nominated to various committees for Curricular / Co-curricular/ Extra Curricular activities.   

In all these nominations decision taken by the Principal is final and binding.
